The house is maximum 7-10 minutes' walk to Sutton Common station with trains serving St helier (8mins), Wimbledon (12 mins) and central London (30 - 45mins). Nearest bus stop 7 minutes' walk to (80, 470, 613, S3, 80) serving Morden tube station for Northern line
Large Tesco 5 min walk
All the cafes/bars/restaurants and amenities of Sutton High Street are really close by(15min walk).
