It's a two bed flat on the ground floor. A 10 minute walk from Sutton station and the shops on the high street. It's in a nice quiet area with lots of trees around and a few parks within walking distance, ideal for somebody working in town. A parking permit can be applied for, it was about £200 for the year for me.
The wifi is a 4g device that i brought from my old flat, it barely works for one device so we would need to split a wifi bill on top of the rent payment.
