Safe, quiet neighbourhood on street lamp lit road. Property away from roadside. Zero noise pollution. Front and rear communal garden. Highly desirable greater London commuting location. Just 5 minute walk to Sutton train station. Fast trains to Clapham junction, London Victoria and London Bridge. Also tube connections at Wimbledon and Balham etc. 5 minute walk to a host of different bus stops and destination opportunities including the SL7 bus direct to heathrow. 6 minute walk into Sutton town centre. Boasts many cafes, bars and restaurants and all the usual high street shops. 2 shopping centres. Cinema, huge library. Various large supermarkets and health shops. Big bonus, there is doctor gp surgery, dental practice and sports massage 2 min walk away too! There is a fantastic gym that's huge with 2 floors. Free car park too. It has a ladies only gym and sauna and lots of classes too. Overall, It's a great safe place to live. We have 2 local parks. About me:

I'm a professional 45. Have an interesting work background. I have a beautiful daughter who is 7 that lives with me. Very girly, who has been brought up with excellent manners and morals. Is very shy at first but is very caring and inquisitive. I'm an Ultra clean, neat tidy person. My home is spotless and we take shoes off at the front door. I love to keep fit and healthy. I have a brand new car, and push bike in garage. Happy to do food shops, give you lifts or do nice days out using my car. Can hang out with us as much or as little as you like. I empty the bins and do all cleaning. I'm emotionally intelligent, kind natured and always willing to go out of my way to help people.

The proposal:

£30 a night equals £210 a week. I would be willing to negotiate slighly for right fitting lodger. This includes all bills. I also provide all basic toiletries, towels, bedding. Anything you would like or need. Would be an added bonus to form a nice friendship. Happy to consider short or long term applicants. No deposit or references needed. I work on mutual trust and respect and will of course provide a lodger agreement for us both to sign and keep.
