Tattenham Corner station is approximately a nine-minute walk away, with rail connections towards East Croydon and London. Epsom town centre and Epsom station are also easily accessible by bus.

The house is currently shared by two working professionals, including the resident landlord and another professional in their twenties. A small, friendly French Bulldog also lives at the property.

Working professional required. Day-shift and night-shift workers are both welcome, and your type of occupation does not matter. The household would best suit somebody whose work is mainly based outside the home rather than somebody working from home full-time.
