1 Double Room and 1 Single Room Available

I’m Ryan, a 33-year-old professional from London of Caribbean heritage. I’m looking for two friendly, tidy and considerate people to share a home with.

The flat is bright, clean and comfortable, both rooms come furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk/dressing table and chair.

I’m happy to consider both Monday–Friday lodgers and full-time lodgers. Someone who works primarily from the office would be ideal, although students are also very welcome with a UK-based guarantor.

We’ll only be splitting the electricity, gas and water bills. It’s an environmentally-conscious flat, so there shouldn’t be any massive bills.

There isn’t a separate living room, so I want to be upfront about that.

Location
The flat is a short walk from Thornton Heath station and around a 25-minute walk from Norwood Junction. There is a large selection of local shops, pubs/bars, and restaurants nearby, along with a leisure centre and 24hr gym.

Transport links are great with connections into central London, Croydon, Gatwick airport, Mayday hospital all easily accessible.

A little about me and the home
I’m an engineer in the building industry so my work pattern varies. I’m friendly, respectful and fairly quiet. I enjoy having a warm and friendly atmosphere at home, while also appreciating that everyone needs their own space and privacy.

I like keeping the flat clean and comfortable, and I’m looking for people who feel the same way. As long as everyone tidies up and cleans up after themselves, we can keep the shared spaces pleasant for everyone.

I’ve shared flats in London for around 11 years, so I know what it’s like to be both the person moving in and the person sharing a home with others. I’m hoping to find people who are considerate, easygoing and respectful of each other.
