Large Double Room – £1000 Bills Included

I’m looking for a female lodger to share my spacious home in Thornton Heath.

The house is around a 15-minute walk from Thornton Heath station and is well located between Norbury/Streatham and Croydon.

The house has one main bathroom plus a separate WC, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a large garden with both patio and lawn space. There is also free 24/7 street parking.

We’re close to London Road, which has lots of different restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and Thornton Heath high street is also nearby. Croydon is only a short bus ride away if you want a bigger selection of shops, restaurants and transport links. The house is also close to Croydon University Hospital, so it could work really well for anyone working or studying there, including nurses and healthcare professionals.

THE ROOM

The room is a spacious, south-facing double with lovely natural light throughout the day.

It is currently unfurnished, so you’re very welcome to bring your own furniture, or furniture can be provided if needed.
There is plenty of space for a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with room for a desk too if you work from home or would like a separate workspace.

ABOUT ME
I’m 34, female, and work in events in Central London. I’m pretty easy-going and sociable and enjoy going to the gym, walking, going to the pub, hosting friends and generally having people over from time to time.

I’m looking for another female, preferably someone in a similar stage of life, who is friendly, respectful and would like the house to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

RENT & BILLS
£1000 per month including all bills: gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband.

I’d ideally like someone who is clean, considerate and happy to share the communal spaces while also having their own independence.
