Room in sunny house - read all of advert

Hi, I have one room available from mid November. My current lodger is moving in with his partner after two years.. The other room is occupied by Rachel; she has been here for 18 months., so it will be a household of 3. I am freelance and when I work I would say 60% is from home.

We’re not in a rush and prefer to find the right person so we are all happy together. I have been sharing my home with others for sometime and have made friends with most who have joined the household. In the best case scenario I'm looking to create a stable home for us all.

We are hoping to find someone who becomes part of the home and joins in to keep it happy and tidy and perhaps find a Netflix series we all like to watch. I like festivals, music, socialising (although it is a quiet house) and the outdoors. I have an allotment, so if you love gardening you are welcome to come along.

The room is a double (as seen in pictures) to the rear of the house. with double built in wardrobe, so plenty of storage. There is room to set up. a desk for studying or home working but preference would be for home working to be no more than 2/3 times a week..

The room shares the main bathroom in the house with Rachel as I have my own bathroom.; so there shouldn't be too many time issues in the morning.

Happy to do a video walk though of the house and arrange a WhatsApp call initially as I appreciate running around looking at places is time consuming and its a convenient way to initially connect and talk..

If you don't know the area you can get to Victoria in 25 minutes and London Bridge in 30 minutes and connect easily to the underground at Balham.

Crystal Palace is a 20 minute walk away or 5 minute bus ride for bars, restaurants or the overground..

- I have a dog so someone who likes and is confident around them is best as she has her quirks!
