There is a large garden and lots of parking available. The house is approx 7 minutes walk to Virginia Water Lake, approx 12 mins walk to Virginia Water station, 10 mins drive from M25 Chertsey and 1 mile Virginia Water village, Ascot 10 mins, Windsor 15 mins. Heathrow terminal 1/2/3 15-20 mins depending on traffic.

Facilities include shared kitchen/dining room/2 x bathroom/shower room upstairs / downstairs toilet, gas CH, washing machine, dryer, fridges/ freezers, microwave, double oven, WiFi/Wired broadband.

Please note this room is provided on a serviced basis and all rooms are cleaned every week, fire alarm and fire risks checked each week.

Refs, deposit required. We are a fully licensed HMO and maintain our property to a high standard. We carry out full ID checks, rent to rent checks and provide a written contract.

Due to Smoking Regulations no smoking is permitted on any part of the property.
