A nice ,spacious and detached house in private cul de sac with easy access to Kingston university / Kingston hospital , central London ( 30 mint train to waterloo from Walton station). Hersham station is 10 mint walk only , for commuting to central London.
My spare room is good size , and bright double bed room with double bed mattress , double wardrobe ,chest of drawer , mirror and a seat / stool .
It comes with access to a fully equiped kitchen for simple cooking and Washing machine with arier to dry clothes .I can provide bed linen and towels if needed. Pots and pans can also be used . You just need to bring yourself and your clothes
There is plenty of free off road parking available outside
Walking distance to wait rose n lidl.
Quiet ,private cul de sac and very safe neighbourhood.
