10-15 minutes walk away
Description
A well equipped, bright double bedroom available in a garden flat. Close to amenities and just a 10 min walk to West Croydon, 13 mins to East Croydon.
Fully furnished with a double bed (drawers underneath), tall mirrored wardrobe and desk.
Bathroom has a rain shower over bath, Bluetooth mirror and underfloor heating. Kitchen and living room also has underfloor heating. Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Garden has a shed.
All bills included, and that also means super fast 350Mbps Virgin broadband, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, and a cleaner.
I travel a lot so you’ll have the place to yourself a fair bit. When I’m around, I work from home 3 days a week and am in the office 2 days a week. I don’t mind if you smoke, as long as it’s outside.
A bit about me: I’m chilled, out a lot, but like to keep things in decent order. I have two super friendly cats who I guarantee you’ll fall in love with.
If you’re interested, drop me a line with a bit about you and what you’re looking for.
