I'm looking for someone to take over my room whilst I'm away from November to April next year. The room comes with an ensuite toilet and wardrobe and stunning views from window. My flatmate (female) still lives in the flat as it's a 2 bedroom. Pictures of current state of flat has been uploaded. Flat comes with a shared bathroom, open plan kitchen and living space, 77 inch tv, a balcony with stunning views with bills included. There is also a rooftop available to tenants of the building. Flat is 5 minutes walk from West croydon station and 10 minutes walk to East croydon station so easy to commute into central London. Many shops less than a minute walk from the flat and croydon high street is right around the corner too.
