Accommodation is in a quiet residential road in West End, Woking near Brentmoor common. 5 minutes from M3 J3, 10 minutes from Brookwood Railway Station and 15 minutes from Woking mainline Station. Local shops nearby.
Would consider 3 night stays and rent would be adjusted accordingly.
No weekends or bank holidays.
This cannot be your main residence.
Ideal for someone who is working at either Longcross Studios (10/15mins), Heathrow or McLaren (15/20mins) as well as Woking, Camberley, Farnborough, Bracknell or Guildford.
Lightwater Leisure Centre 3 miles away.
Single bed in a bright, double room with wardrobe, bookcase, bedside cabinet and desk. Use of own bathroom.
Bedding, linen and towels supplied. Cleaning included.
Use of kitchen to fit around landlord including dishwasher and to cook basic meals only ie ready meals, soup, salads etc. No cooking from scratch.
Wireless broadband already installed.
Parking
Lounge is private for landlord only.
Ideally looking for a professional who is quiet, clean, tidy and respectful of others.
This let is only suitable for someone who has their own transport .
This is a Monday to Friday let only, no weekends or bank holidays.
