All Bedrooms are excellent and this double room is available. Yours feels like an ensuite because it's bathroom is three steps away, and shared with only one other sharer (a polite & tidy guy).
Your private space is a warm and inviting, well-designed airy bedroom . There is a comfy bed and a "walk in wardrobe" with computer desk. Additional, under & over, bed cupboard & shelving. Bedroom has a large south facing window with garden view, Blackout curtains. excellent wifi, cat 6 broadband & TV connection.
The really beautiful bathroom has bath, shower, wc, basin and huge wall mirrored real marble vanity area) Recess l. e. d. lighting overhead. Humidity Extract system.
The house and bedroom are both quiet, night and day, as the
house is reached by a private driveway and set back from the road which is a "dead end road”. There is no continuous noisy traffic rushing by and no overhead aircraft .
Shared Facilities: a well-equipped open-plan, 2 oven, large kitchen with breakfast / supper bar - ideal for social chats.
Adjacent is spacious living/dining area with a big screen smart HDTV (included in the rent)
There is a Separate utility / drying room with free to use 2 clothes washing and drying machines, utility sink. Plus fridges and two food freezers .
Outside you have direct access to the Garden - 1 acre - with Sunny lawns which are not overlooked by neighbours and an area for safe dry bike storage . (Property adjoins 1000 acres of protected Surrey heath-land with miles of footpaths /cycle tracks.) Private car Parking, in front of the house, for up to 12 cars
House is only :10-15 mins drive to Brookwood mainline or 20 to Woking station, 15 mins to Pirbright, 25 mins to Heathrow. We are 15 mins drive to Woking (McLaren) or Frimley Park hospital /Camberley, Pirbright, 20 mins to Bracknell IT firms, Chertsey St Peters, or Frimley, hospitals and Guildford. (Buses to all those places but it takes longer)
Shopping local: Sainsbury and M&S local, Pharmacy, cafe, Post Office, garages and fuel, pubs, a 4 doctor surgery.
A weekly cleaner for the shared areas and some gardening is included in the rent but any input by you is always welcome -apart from the exercise - its satisfying and invigorating. Garden patch for you is available too.
If you like living in a Clean and Tidy way, and understand, in our share we /You clean up between weekly cleaner visits, come to look around and also meet at least two of the sharers here- who are genuine professionals in the IT industry, car engineering, medical, and retail industries. *Additional separate work Desk Space possible for you in separate building- by discussion.
We seek people wanting a "Home from Home" without visible landlords, - who will add to the social group and be fun to eat with - and basically to have around in this non smoking household.
NOTE. the Room Ratesindicated is for 6 months minimum agreement, single occupancy. For 3 months term rates will be basic monthly rate plus £170/month. If you are coming from abroad and cannot pre-visit and do not know our area, you have the option to start with a 6 week tenancy at basic monthly rate + 35%. Deposit is reduced to 2 weeks rent. After your first two weeks both you and the landlord have the option to agree a 3 or 6 months agreement, or, give notice to vacate in 5 weeks.
Other requirements by discussion. All reference checks are completed before a tenant moves in .
Landlord up to date with current regulations and building services. Registered and members of National Landlords.
