house is reached by a private driveway and set back from the road which is a "dead end road”. There is no continuous noisy traffic rushing by and no overhead aircraft .

Adjacent is spacious living/dining area with a big screen smart HDTV (included in the rent)

We are 15 mins drive to Woking (McLaren) or Frimley Park hospital /Camberley, Pirbright, 20 mins to Bracknell IT firms, Chertsey St Peters, or Frimley, hospitals and Guildford. (Buses to all those places but it takes longer)

Shopping local: Sainsbury and M&S local, Pharmacy, cafe, Post Office, garages and fuel, pubs, a 4 doctor surgery.

A fortnightly cleaner for the shared areas and maintenance is included in the rent but any input by you is always welcome - its satisfying and invigorating. Garden patch for you is available too.

NOTE. the Room Rates indicated is for 6 months minimum agreement, single occupancy. For 3 months term rates will be basic monthly rate plus £170/month. If you are coming from abroad and cannot pre-visit and do not know our area, you have the option to discuss your situation in advance.
