***Just to clarify MONDAY to FRIDAY let, arriving Monday after work & leaving Friday morning , single occupancy & LADIES preferred please**
I am happy to discuss a revised rate if you wanted to stay less days per week.
I have a cosy double room available, furnished with a lovely iron bedstead, fitted wardrobe & dressing table. It's my home and would love to find someone who appreciates it with me.

I am a 5-10 walk to nearest bus stop which takes you directly into Kingston Town Center in 15 mins. Or it can drop you at the nearest train station which is at Hampton Court, which goes into Waterloo.
20 min drive to Shepperton Film Studios. & 30 mins to Longcross Studios off peak.
Free street parking outside house in residential road.
I have a small patio garden at the rear with table & chairs for outside dining, and large sunny front garden.
All bills are included.
Bed linen & towels are included, feel free to use my washing machine.
Shared use of lovely marble tiled bathroom, with bath & overhead shower .
Hairdryer & straightners in room.
Shared Kitchen & dining room has fridge, dishwasher & washer/dryer.

I'm looking for someone happy to respect my home with me.
I'm a non smoker but you are welcome to smoke outside in my small patio garden with table & chairs.
