Single room with double bed near Dorking

Single room in Westcott, near the Surrey Hills, but with easy transport links.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.
Shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Private off-road parking space and garden. All bills included unless the electric bill rockets! I'm flexible on the type of stay- weekly/monthly, up to you.

I'm 52, civil servant and have a quiet well behaved dog who is not allowed in your room, and I'm very careful that the house doesn't smell of dog or have hair anywhere. I am really sorry but no other pets as it would stress the elderly resident dog.

Room will be let to the person that fits in best following a DBS check (cost deducted from first months rent), and signed rental agreement.
