A comfortable double bedroom is available to rent in a welcoming family home. The room comes with a separate bathroom (not en-suite), which will be allocated for the tenant’s use. The property also has a good-sized garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some outdoor space.

We are a friendly family of three-husband, wife and child, and both adults work for the NHS. We are looking for a respectful, tidy and considerate tenant who would feel comfortable living in a family environment.

Smoking policy: Smoking is permitted only in the garden or outside the house. Please do not smoke indoors.

Rent:

Single person: £800 per month
Couple: £1,000 per month
The rent is negotiable for the right tenant.
