We, Miilie and Tony, are your landlords. We started this business to provide a great experience for working professionals living in Guildford and Woking. We are National Residential Landlord Association (NRLA) accredited. The house has an HMO licence.

LOCATION
The location is ideal, close to Woking town centre and the railway station which has 12 trains an hour to London. Woking has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. Guildford town centre is also nearby, with its cobbled streets, historic buildings and one of the most attractive high streets in the country.
The bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house which has regular buses to Woking and Guildford (81, 35). The Woking BR station is 6 minutes by car or 8 minutes by bus. Guildford is 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bus.
The house has off-road parking for 2 cars and unrestricted free parking available on the road.
Woking Park and Woking Leisure Centre are within walking distance and have swimming pools, gym, badminton, squash, tennis, table tennis, 3G football pitch, a sports hall. Woking Sports Box is also within walking distance and has a running track, gym and racquet sports.

SHOPPING
A convenience store, hairdresser and cafe are within 5 minutes walk.
Morrisons, Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Sainsburys and Waitrose are a short distance away and the Woking Peacocks shopping centre is within walking distance (has a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars, a library, banks, post office, 2 theatres, a cinema, bowling).
