The room on the 2nd floor is very quiet and away from the main part of the house. It is a double aspect room. The bed has a good quality mattress. The room has a sofa and coffee table. There are 2 x bedside tables, a chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk/dressing table, chair.
The bathroom is next to the room and shared with one other female. The modern bathroom has a bath and separate shower plus softened water. The decor is neutral throughout the house.
On the ground floor there is an open plan area that extends from front to rear of the house and includes a fully equipped kitchen at the front, an eating area with a family sized dining table, and to the rear a relaxed space with two comfortable sofas and a television with doors leading to the terrace and the garden.
There is a separate utility room, fully equipped with sink, washer, tumble drier, large radiator to assist slow drying, and an iron and ironing board.
