Looking for a friendly and clean professional to move in to a double room in a bedroom flat in Woking. There is a fitted wardrobe within the room. Bedroom will come furnished as illustrated on picture, however happy to discuss changes.

The room is furnished. Equipment in the kitchen are to be shared i. e utensil/ blender ect. There are two bathrooms within the flat, the one allocated to you will rarely be shared with others.

The flat is on the top floor, backing onto the river (a lovely place for a walk). There is multi-storey car park across the road. There is a small communal garden.

The flat is less than a 5 minute walk from Woking Station/Woking town centre with lots of picturesque places to walk nearby e. g along the River Wey. The Station is great for communting and can get to London Waterloo on the train within 20-30 min depending on the train you are taking.

The room is available from Mid Nov.
