Double room available

Hi There

I have a double room for rent in Goldsworth Park and am looking to share with another professional - regrettably students will not be considered.

About the room/house: The room's a good-sized double that overlooks the front of the house. It comes furnished with a bed and a cupboard. I'm happy to buy a desk for the room, but I also know a lot of people have desks that they'd prefer to bring. There's a bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and toilet. There's also a decent-sized lounge/diningroom, seperate kitchen and garden.

Rent: The rent is £700/month including bills (elec/gas/water/council tax/broadband/cleaner).

The bus stop to Woking Station is a 2min walk away and a 10min bus ride to the station. There is also free parking available if you have a car.

About me: I'm 41, an Environmental Manager and have been sharing for the past 19 years since moving to the UK. I am looking to share with someone who is considerate and tidy. I am what some may call an extroverted introvert. I like the usual going to theatre, gigs, seeing friends, travel. I work in the office 3 days a week in Central London and am looking to share with someone who has a similar work pattern (in the office 3 days per week). I'm happy to have a chat, but also appreciate personal space.

Something you should know is that I'm looking to adopt a couple of cats, so you must be comfortable/not allergic to cats. If you already have a cat, am happy for you to bring your cat. Regrettably dogs won't be considered (I like dogs - they're just a little more work to have around).

Viewings can be arranged during evenings or on weekends (move in date is flexible).
