Description
Double Room in Friendly Home – Woking Town Centre
A comfortable furnished double bedroom is available in a quiet, well-maintained 4-bedroom family home very close to Woking town centre.
The homeowner is a friendly, independent older lady who is looking for a female lodger to share her home. She would particularly welcome someone who enjoys a peaceful, respectful household and would appreciate having another person around in the evenings.
Rent: £300 per month including all bills.
The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living areas. The room is furnished and suitable for one person.
The ideal lodger would be female, preferably Muslim or vegetarian, as the household does not cook pork and no alcohol is permitted.
This would suit someone looking for very affordable accommodation in Woking who would enjoy living in a quiet home rather than a busy house-share.
References and appropriate checks will be required, and an informal meeting would take place before anything is agreed.
