Beautifully furnished room in a 5-bed house situated in a quiet residential area in Woodham. 5 mins walk from the village shops and 10 mins walk from West Byfleet train station with getting you to London in under 30mins.
A quiet household and ideal for professionals who work nearby or in London and want a quieter countryside home. It’s a non-smoking household and also not ideal for pets. If you want to work from home on all five days, this is not the place for you.
The room is on the first floor of the house and there is a separate bathroom for your use on the ground floor. The rent includes all bills and charges for fortnightly cleaning. Week day only lets will be considered too.
