Looking for a housemate to move in around June time, current housemate has just bought a new house and in process of moving.
My property is newly renovated, fully furnished, semi-detached house with two large double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen diner and living room. Large, well maintained garden and patios which back onto woodland and views of the Derwent country park to the front of property.
Situated between countryside and city, you get the best of both worlds.
Newcastle city centre is 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus.
It's a great location for anyone who enjoys going for walks, runs and bike rides.
On street parking & drive with charge port for EV.
Frequent bus service, convenience store, petrol station, pub, cafe and restaurant all within 1 minute walk!
Occasionally I look after 2 senior small dogs that don't shed fur and just sleep all day and are great company when home alone.
Ideal housemate would be friendly, considerate and clean.
