Housemate wanted

Double bedroom for rent, currently furnished with a double bed, large set of drawers and a clothes rail. The room also has a lock on the inside and outside of the door.

The house has a total of 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and back garden. One of the bathrooms can be used solely by the tenant.

Initially looking for a short term rental but open to a longer stay if it works for both of us.

I’m pretty chill and clean, looking for a housemate with a similar energy. I work Monday to Friday mainly, but usually one weekend a month too. My time is split between being a therapist and a support worker, so I’m out quite a lot.

I’ve just lost my dog recently, so the place feels a bit empty. I would be open to a new housemate who has a dog!

£480 p/m, including bills. £200 deposit.
