A large room equipped with a new king size bed, with a heated mattress topper, desk, chair, monitor. The home will be shared with one other (me), I work full time and I’m office based. I’m ideally looking for a working professional or a mature student who isn’t fully home based for work/study. Monday to Friday stays considered too.

Transport links are great, a 10 minute walk to Gateshead interchange for the metro or from the end of the street, buses to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle. There’s plenty of on street parking available.

The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer etc. Everything is included except council tax (if applicable as students are exempt).

I’d like a housemate who is friendly, tidy and nice to have around. I have a kitten which may not be suitable for those with allergies. Additional features include a separate dining room, a yard out back and a downstairs loo.

I’m fairly new to the area, I enjoy socialising with friends on the weekend, gym, American pool, formula 1, travelling and aviation/transport.
