Large room with a king size bed available from Sep

A large room equipped with a king size bed, desk, chair, monitor. The home will be shared with one other (me), I work full time and I’m office based. Ideally looking for a working professional or a mature student that aren’t fully home based for work. Monday to Friday considered too. Transport links are great, a 10 minute walk to Gateshead interchange for the metro or from the end of the street, buses to Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle, only a few steps from the house. Plenty of on street parking available too. The kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, , microwave, air fryer etc. Everything is included except council tax (if applicable). I’d like a housemate who is friendly, tidy and nice to have around. I’ll be getting a kitten soon, so must be ok with cats in terms of potential allergies. Additional features include a separate dining room, a yard out back and 2 toilets for convenience.

There might be some flexibility for move in date if needed.
