A room is available in a recently refurbished house in Gateshead, NE8. This property welcomes non-smoking students and professionals. It is conveniently located within a five-minute walk of the Gateshead Metro Interchange, the bus station, Tesco, and Gateshead High Street.
For comfort and privacy reasons, I prefer a female flatmate. I am looking for someone who values cleanliness and a calm home environment, and I would prefer no frequent visitors or partners staying over.
