The accommodation is suitable for visitors in the area, professionals working in Newcastle or Gateshead or PhD students.

The pleasant double bedroom is fully furnished, including a full set of bedding.

Bus 21 to Newcastle city centre stops nearby, passing through Gateshead Metro Interchange Bus 53/54 stop is not far either, this bus also travelling to the city centre and Newcastle Train Station.

The weekly cost is inclusive of all bills. There is reliable WIFI.

The agreement is on a fixed term basis starting from as little as one week, then a two weeks' notice rolling agreement in place after the minimum initial agreed stay, should this be agreed.
£200/week would apply for short stays for the large room.
£150/week would apply for short stays for the smaller room.

A week runs from Sunday pm to the following Sunday am, without any allowance for late arrival, early checkout or part occupancy.
