Located 5-6 mins walk from South Gosforth metro. Parking and cycle racks.

Double bedroom with built in wardrobe. Currently unfurnished but can be furnished. Fast Wi-Fi. Bills would be split.

I live at the property. I’m looking for a likeminded professional of similar age, male or female.

Must be clean and tidy, respectful of space/noise.

When I’m not at work I’m either running, cycling or at the gym. I enjoy socialising as much as I enjoy a quiet night in! :)
