I (48F) work from home 3 days per week and in the office 2 days per week. My partner works monday to saturday 7am to 3pm. My two sons (18 - trans was female) and 9, are here part time and at their dad’s part time. My sons are both polite and well behaved.

Points worth noting:

- it’s probably better suited to those with a car as shops and amenities are a bit of a walk
- your space will be up 2 flights of stairs, just a note for those less agile
- as it’s a family home, I’m not keen on lots of visitors so you’ll need to ask if people are coming around. I’d rather not have partners staying over regularly.
