I have a double room in my two bed flat in Gosforth Fawdon. I am a nurse and I work 4 days in the week. I’m easy going up for a chat but will respect your privacy as well. Flat is just 2 minutes from bus 30 to town, 10 minutes from Fawdon metro and just 10 mins walk to Kingston park where you can find all the shops. I’m looking for preferably a professional as well who is tidy as i need my space clean all the time, a non-smoker (I don’t mind if you do tho as long as you smoke outside the flat) and no pets please. I have no preference to gender, everyone is welcomed. Everything in the house is at your disposal so feel free to use anything. The room is furnished and very comfortable to live in. Dm for a viewing
