Hi, my name’s Georgina :) I’m looking for someone who could move into the spare room in my current flat. My current flatmate has been living here with me since July 2024, however, she’s having to move abroad with work in January.
The flat has 2 bedrooms and is located in Gosforth, Newcastle. There are 2 separate bathrooms so you would have your own. Shared areas include the kitchen/living room space as well as a separate utilities room. The flat comes furnished and there is a washing machine and dishwasher.
It’s close to the Regent Centre metro/bus station and Gosforth high street. There’s a large ASDA just a short walk down the road from us. There is an option for on site parking, however, there would be an additional £60 cost pcm (which we could split the cost of between us) to have a second car allocated to the flat.
In terms of the length of tenancy, my current job as a foundation dentist is set to finish in August 2025, so I’d be looking at staying in the flat for a minimum of 6 months from January. However, I am planning to stay in the flat beyond this if my next job is based in Newcastle.
Bills aren’t included in the rent, so we pay additional charges for electricity, WiFi and water which can vary slightly each month.
