Spare Room in Gosforth Flat

Hi, my name’s Georgina :) I’m looking for someone who could move into the spare room in my current flat.

My current flatmate who I met through SpareRoom has been living here with me since March 2026, however, she’s been asked by a colleague to housesit so is looking to move out January 2027.

Just a bit about me, I’m a dentist working 4 days a week at the moment. I love playing hockey, doing Pilates and going on walks. As a flatmate I’m friendly, clean and tidy and it would be great to have someone similar move in!

The flat has 2 bedrooms and is located in Gosforth, Newcastle. There are 2 separate bathrooms so you would have your own. Shared areas include the kitchen/living room space as well as a separate utilities room. The flat comes furnished and there is a washing machine and dishwasher.

It’s close to the Regent Centre metro/bus station and Gosforth high street. There’s a large ASDA just a short walk down the road from us. There is an option for on site parking, however, there would be an additional £60 cost pcm (which we could split the cost of between us) to have a second car allocated to the flat.

In terms of the length of tenancy, I’d be looking at staying in the flat for a minimum of 7 months from January with the plan that my boyfriend would then be moving into the flat July time instead when his current tenancy ends.

Bills aren’t included in the rent, so we pay additional charges for electricity, WiFi and water which can vary slightly each month.
