2 Rooms - Close to Metro & Free parking!

There are 2 rooms available, one single and one king. These rooms are only available for short term rentals between a few weeks and a few months. Ideal for people moving house, working nearby or in any sort of transitional period. I want to keep the arrangement flexible & fair for both parties 😊

Please note, the rooms are on Airbnb so you would need to be comfortable with guests potentially staying in the property. I’ve never had any issues and I don’t accept guests without prior good reviews.


The rooms come with everything you would need including, desk, TV, fire stick tv, bedding and mini fridge. They are newly decorated and new linens.

TVs are 40 inch in the single and 50 inch in the king. Both rooms have fire sticks including, Netflix, Prime, Disney and YouTube premium subscriptions.

The house is a 5 minute walk to the metro, 15 minute metro ride to town and they depart every 16 minutes.
Close to A1 and free parking.

Please note there is a big dog on the property. He’s gentle and friendly. Anyone that wants the room needs to be an animal lover please! This is a non-negotiable :)
