The flat is in the lush area of gosforth and about a 3-5 minute walk from South Gosforth metro station, which takes about 10 minutes to get into the city centre so it's very well connected. It's about a 5 minute walk to a Sainsbury's, or a 10 minute walk to a Lidl. It's about 10-15 minute's walk from Gosforth High Street, and the area is generally quite quiet. I've never felt unsafe walking about at night as a young woman.

The flat has a microwave, toaster, television, bookshelf, very large fridge freezer, rice cooker, oven and washer/dryer and a very relaxing bath and shower.

You would be moving in with Lyndsey who has been an amazing flatmate! She is clean and quiet, but also great for a chat over a cuppa or a little drink at one of the cute pubs nearby. Lyndsey would prefer another female flatmate to move in. All furniture pictured is included.
