I have a cat called freddie who is very affectionate. People with allergies are not encouraged to apply as he has full run of the house (aside from the lodgers bedrooms) and this will not change. Additional pets will be considered, though only if Fred meets and is happy with them!
Bills are approx £185pcm in addition to the rent. If you are a couple, the rent stays the same but the bills fall so shared between 4 (£139pcm). The house is council band C. The property has solar panels which will keep the bills down. note that the third housemate will be going to university in september so he will not be eligible for council tax, bringing the bills up to £220pcm (shared between 3)
Viewings can be arranged at any time as i am WFH most of the week, though same day viewings are not available as the room is currently occupied.
