Description

The house

It's a 3 bedroomed semi in a quiet cul de sac. It's close to local shops and to Regent Centre, which has both bus and metro access.
There are also solar panels, an internal ventilation system, ADT intruder and fire alarm system and Google Nest. Bills are approx £130pcm (winter)/£110 (summer) in addition to the rent. The house is council band C.

The bedroom

It's a large room with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and massive fitted wardrobe. It's facing the front of the property and looks out on the square.

The rest of the house

There is a large recently decorated lounge/dining area which has a large 42" TV with surround sound system, xbox 360 and roku box with access to netflix and amazon prime video. There are two very comfy reclining leather sofas and large table for eats and for board gaming. Internet is 150MB, and is through cuckoo.

The kitchen/utility has an induction hob and oven, a larder fridge, a fridge freezer, a chest freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer and alexa. For the new housemate, they'll have two large cupboards for dry food storage, half the larder fridge space (3 shelves) and half the chest fridge space for food storage.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.

The back garden has a gazebo roof with seating and lighting, a bbq and secure shed with room for bicycles. There is access from front to back via the utility room.

Us and what we are looking for

I am Dave, live in landlord and Tom, both professionals. The head of the household is Freddie, a chilled out affectionate tuxedo cat that has full run of the house aside from lodger bedrooms. We are quiet, friendly and nerdy, enjoying netflix, computer gaming and board gaming. We are looking for someone quiet and respectful. Liking cats is essential, as Fred will demand your attention and affection.
