I understand how difficult it is trying to rent in this market so to help make it easier all bills, council tax and broadband costs are included in rent. There are no deposit or references required, no contract or guarantor needed. Just one month minimum stay please, but would prefer longer term.

We have a three bedroom, three bathroom detached house in a new build estate. Very quiet and away from main roads. Large back garden and patio area. Driveway with off street parking. ?Main bathroom has a separate bath and shower. Kitchen ready for cooking, laundry room and living room.

Bedrooms are spacious, fully furnished with desk for study or working from home and 1GB WiFi, lots of storage and draws under the bed.
