This room is suitable for short term (weekly basis while you are hunting accommodation - short term studies - holiday, trips).
This is an attic room with wood furniture (double size bed)
This is based on one single person. However, there is a sofa bed .
Fee for an extra person for students sharing , friends or family just for a short term.

The Flat has all facilities (shower - toilet & kitchen share).
Very friendly environment.. Good central heating with fast speed internet to watch movies in your room if you prefer.!
The flat is in great location number 1 bus straight to city centre and 18 (Freeman Hospital) & links to to take buses
Chillingham road and Byker Metro !
You can arrange a view - The landlord tries to be fair and offers the room at the one that is more serious and gives me specific dates !
Welcome & preferred positive and simple people and no place for negative and demanding people.
