2 bedroom house with front and back yards

2 bedroom house in Heaton for rent. Ideal for a couple, with plenty of space to work from home, or two people sharing.

As well as bedrooms, there is a shared living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower over bath. There is a small back yard and front garden.

There is a third bedroom which I need to keep access to as I use it for storage.

I would prefer to rent both rooms together rather than to individual renters, hence it being ideal for a couple wanting a bit more space, and will consider postgraduate students and professionals.

Please get in touch for further information.

Bills are NOT INCLUDED in rent and usually come to around £350/month to cover energy, internet, water and council tax. Contracts are reviewed periodically for best prices.
