Room to rent in professional Heaton home

I have a generously sized, double room to rent in my 2 bed terraced house in the heart of Heaton.

I'm based just off Chillingham Road (closed access from Chilli Rd so it's a nice quiet street) and there's street parking available. 10 minutes walk to the metro and the number 1 bus which goes to town is just at the bottom of the street. Also just a few minutes walk down the street to Heaton Park. You’ve also got a plethora of fantastic food/drink/coffee places a few minutes walk away,

All bills are included (also includes bi-weekly cleaner for the communal areas).

The room itself was fully decorated within the past few years so still lovely and fresh. It's fully furnished - includes a double bed (with Simba mattress) that has storage underneath, a large oak desk with office chair, and a built in wardrobe/cupboard. I also have attic storage if needed.

I'm looking for a tidy, considerate professional who enjoys a peaceful, well-looked after home. It’s a relaxed and welcoming space, and keen to keep it that way! I work from home most days, so ideally would like someone who doesn't work from home all the time.

The wider house has a large living room with TV/sofas. An extra large dining room with 8 seater dining table, vinyl player and log fire for the winter months. The house has a recently refurbed kitchen with Smeg cooker/hob, integrated appliances (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), and also a coffee machine. Its has a leafy 'yarden' with a table and chairs which is great little quiet retreat.

Would be open to discuss shorter rents and also Mon-Fri stays.
