The property is conveniently located near Chillingham Road, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, takeaways, gyms and excellent bus and Metro links nearby.

The room is available from 30th September, although an earlier move-in date may be possible by agreement. I'm currently looking for my next houseshare, so I'm flexible on the exact move-in date and can potentially arrange an earlier handover if I find somewhere sooner.
