Description
Small double room available in Heaton with a live in landlord that is rarely there.
I am a travelling comic, and I'm frequently away for weeks at a time, so for the most part, you have the house to yourself! Pretty much always on weekends.
The room is inclusive of all bills. and is a rolling contract with a one month notice period.
Good WIFI, central transport links, cosy lounge with 65 inch tv.
Must be committed to keeping flat clean regularly (once a month or so) but otherwise, no otherwise, it's your house, feel free to be exactly who you are.
Couples: £700
