Flat share £475 pcm
Heaton
NE6

Description

I have a room available from December-ish as my mate is moving home. Looking for sociable person who is pretty chill. The flat is very close quarters and small but also a really nice flat. We sort of have to get on well as we will probably spend a lot of time together. I have a bunch of mates up here so if you are just moving to Newcastle hopefully you can slot in well. I surf most of the winter so I am up early basically every morning. Just got to be sound really.

The flat is a top floor (3rd floor) really nice and cosy with a good kitchen and a nice bathroom. Room is decent sized.
