Description
With all bills included it’s £750 a month and it’s a £550 deposit, flatmate is moving out so would be directly to him and you would just take over his tenancy, I have the front room furnished so would just need to furnish the two bedrooms that belong to you currently one is being used as a bedroom the other is an office but its yours to do as you please. I’m medically prescribed cannabis so any applicants must be willing to deal with the smell.
