Communal areas include cozy living room and kitchen with recently updated appliances. There are two bathrooms, a larger bathroom upstairs and a small w/c by the front door. Very cute garden space, perfect for garden parties in the warmer months! Parking is available.

Location: 20min walk from the Freeman Hospital. On the no1 bus route in to town and Four Lane Ends metro station is only a 10min walk away. Super close to several large supermarkets and Heaton Park is a stones throw away.
