Hi, I’m Kimberly! I am a 30 year old friendly HR professional who is currently renting a lovely first floor flat in Heaton. My flatmate will be moving out on 2nd January so I am looking for someone to move in with me from 3rd January next year :) The property was completely renovated in March 2026. The landlords are highly reputable, responsive and efficient. The room available for rent is a large double. The property is fully furnished.
The bus to the city centre is a 2 minute walk, and there is a metro station about a 12 minute walk away. There is free on-road car parking available.
There are shops and some take aways along the main road in Heaton (Chillingham Road) - a 5 minute walk away. There are also gyms close by, and lovely parks.
I am a sociable person and would be keen to socialise together but also enjoy my own company and space at times, and appreciate that you likely will too! I enjoy yoga and going swimming and to the sauna/steam room. I also love walking! I am clean and tidy. I appreciate a peaceful, clean and homely living space.
Rent split equally would be £522.50 each per month. Bills (council tax, gas and electric, wifi and water) would be around £200-250 a month on top of this.
