That means access to Newcastle, South Shields, Sunderland is very easy. There is a bus stop also available close by as well as plenty of off-street shared parking.

In the property there are three double bedrooms, so you would most probably share with 2 other housemates.

The landlord is very friendly and looking after all his tenants as well as keeping the property at its best.

There are balconies front and back. The front balcony is also covered for potential smokers as smoking is not allowed inside.

There is a mini market as well as the most beautiful park with tennis, basketball courts, etc.

The area is very safe with nice families.

All bills included £120 to 140 per week depending on room size for 6 months contract. Couples are accepted for an extra £30 per week.
