Looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share my modern, furnished home in a quiet village with excellent transport links to Newcastle, Gateshead/Metrocentre, Durham and more.

1. MASTER BEDROOM
Super-king bed with private en-suite shower – £575/month (all bills included)

2. SECOND BEDROOM
King bed with separate bathroom (bath & shower) – £525/month (all bills included)

Whichever room you choose, I’ll be in the other bedroom when I’m home. Most of the week the house is quiet, as I regularly stay at my girlfriend’s place (she doesn’t stay here, so it’s just you and me). You’ll have full use of your room and shared spaces. I enjoy a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and always respect your space.

Living Situation:
I’m easy-going and enjoy fitness, travel and outdoor activities. Looking for someone tidy, respectful, and easy-going who values a relaxed home environment.
