Double fully furnished room to let immediately

I have a double fully finished room to let within my house. It’s a lovely room on the upper floor, bright and airy. The house is occupied by myself and I’m an easy going, relaxed no drama kind of guy, I work a lot of hours so not really around very much, ideally I’d prefer somebody who is working however im happy to consider somebody on benefits providing references can be given. The house itself is a nice clean home,
