Two friends and I are looking for a fourth flatmate to join us in our lovely 4-bedroom upstairs flat on Fairfield Road, Jesmond, starting as soon as possible. The room is £155 per week (excluding bills).

38 Fairfield Road – a quiet street in the heart of West Jesmond, just a short walk from Jesmond Metro Station, local cafés, shops, and bars. It’s a brilliant spot for both students and young professionals.
