Double room available in NE2 (Mon- Fri only)

Hello and thank you for looking at my ad. I am looking for a tenant for the spare room in my house in High West Jesmond. This room is for a Monday–Friday let only.

The house is exceptionally well suited for anyone who needs to be in the city during the working week. I am a 41-year-old professional who works from home, so I would prefer someone who is not 100% home-based, as I’m on calls most of the day.

Most importantly, I have a very friendly Cat who loves to get involved in everyone’s business, so the house wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with pet allergies.

Every other week I am away for the full working week, meaning the tenant will have the house entirely to themselves during those weeks. When I’m away, I would appreciate someone who is happy to keep an eye on and look after my cat.

The house is located on a very quiet road and is a 30-second walk from Ilford Road Metro. There is a lovely café and some shops less than a minute away. The street also has permit-free parking.

The house is kept very clean, thanks to the cleaner who comes every week. It has all mod cons, a great shower and bath. I don’t have a TV (unorthodox, I know — but I never get round to watching it, so I got rid of it!).
