I have a lovely bright, double room available in gorgeous house in Jesmond. Great location as in the residential area of Jesmond, rather than the student area. All bars and restaurants of Jesmond and Gosforth are within walking distance and the house is a couple of minutes walk from Ilford Road Metro Station. The town centre, mainline railway station and airport are within easy reach. Within walking distance of the Freeman hospital and RVI is easily accessible. Also withiin walking distance of Newcastle and Northumbria Universities.
To share with professional couple and our daughter (age 3), our baby (age 1) and our current professional lodger. Very large house so not too crowded. Huge kitchen/diner/lounge and second lounge, 4 bathrooms. Kitchen has two fridge freezers, washer, drier, dishwasher and all the usual appliances, plus some! Very tidy and friendly house.
The rooms are both quite and can be blacked out-so excellent for sleeping and are somewhat separate from our rooms. Both have private bathrooms.
South facing back garden with patio which is great in the summer
We are happy to consider students or professionals who are happy to consider living in a family home.
I work part time, so I am am sometimes at home with the children in the day, therefore, we would prefer a lodger who usually goes out to work, or to uni rather than a home worker, and because it is a family home, we are not keen on regular visitors to the house.
Room 1: Double bed with ensuite shower room (double shower), black out blinds and curtains, double wardrobe and additional chest of drawers, desk and chair (if required), 50" plasma TV on wall-TAKEN
Room 2: King bed, black out blinds and curtains, triple wardrobe (with drawers and rails), desk and chair (if required), 50" plasma TV on wall. Adjacent private shower room (double shower) -AVAILABLE
Rent includes all bills (utility bills, fibre optic broadband, council tax, water rates, TV licence)
Interests of the household are running, gym, walking, climbing, coffee and good chat!. Not a party household at all.
